  • Making communication with MoEYS and the relevant ministries and institutions to obtain the rules, judicial letters, policy, circulars, guidelines, procedures and the documents related to the sport affairs and dormitory
  • Selecting and making all kinds of sport for the lecturers and students by organizing the time for training, practicing, and competing in the university in order to strengthen health, friendship and harmonization
  • Making close communication and cooperation with the ministries, institutions, authority, armed forces, non-government organizations, private companies and communities to join in all kinds of sport competitions for both friendship and awards which are organized by the outside institutions, MoEYS and the Publics
  • Making communication with the authority, private institutions and private companies to ask for sponsorship such as spirit, budget, materials and foods in order to encourage the sport teams
  • Organizing the clear management methods of the teams and materials
  • Conducting all the sport teams to train and to compete in the tournaments
  • Receiving the accommodation application forms of the lecturers, staff and students and organizing the rooms as the plan
  • Organizing the president and vice president of the dormitory, small group leaders by giving the clear roles and duty and conduct the meeting monthly in order to respect and follow the regulation of the dormitory, make safe of staying , make good discipline, morality and spirit, make hygiene and clean environment, guard during the holiday, save the water and electricity, join the activities of the university, make unity, help each other , make request to the leaders to solve the problems and fulfill the needs with clear note taking while having the meetings

  • Managing the preparation of the books and documents and other materials with the techniques of the library
  • Makin communication with MoEYS, ministries, institutions, non-government organizations, local and foreign charity in order to ask for books, documents and bulletins related to the study, research and discovery of new work
  • Making projects for buying new books and documents which are necessary for teaching, learning and researching
  • Coordinate with the customers to find and keep the books and documents in the library
  • Organizing the lessons and making courses for the students about how to find the books and documents in the internet
  • Informing the lecturers, staff and students when the new books or new documents arrive or when there is new information related to the use of website to find documents or books
  • Making close cooperation with the faculties, staff and lecturers to make more interest on doing research in the library through homework, assignment, report writing and graduation thesis of the students of all majors

  • Receiving and keeping the application forms, classifying the students by skills and making the daily attendant books for Year II, Year III, Year IV and the Associate Degree Students
  • Organizing the annual academic calendar and making advertisements for the students, lecturers, staffs and the publics
  • Conducting a meeting with the students at the beginning of every academic year to advertise the internal regulation, the methods of evaluating the annual study, procedures of transferring out and into the university, procedures of asking for permission and suspending the study, procedures of getting the academic certificates and study records done, getting temporary certificates and getting the degrees
  • Contacting constantly with the Higher Education Institution, Ministry of Education Youth and Sport, Accreditation Committee of Cambodia in order to make work current and to make the study of the students effective and efficient following the standard of education
  • Organizing cards, academic certificates, study records, temporary certificates and degrees for the students
  • Making requests for materials and foundation for semester examinations, state examinations, and writing final thesis
  • Organizing documents, reports, information and statistics of each academic year for His Excellency, the rector of the university and the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport
  • Tracking the absence and attendance of the students _ cooperating with the vice rector in charge to invite the students with high absence in the list to be informed or to be warned and setting the precaution steps for those who have over limited absence
  • Organizing the bulletin, educational programs, orientation courses, speeches, national ceremonies, traditional ceremonies and other social activities by appealing and conducting the students to participate physically, spiritually and monetarily
  • Organizing the documents for examinations and graduation thesis, examination process, keeping, issuing, collecting the examination sheets from the lecturers, summing up the score, showing the examination result, setting the re-examination date and informing the students who failed the examinations by cooperating the lecturers of each subject
  • Signing as the witness on the contracts of the contracted lecturers, controlling and signing on the over-time documents of the lecturers and staffs before sending to the vice rectors to continue the process of the documents

  • Creating, checking and numbering all the out-sending letters, other request letters by signing briefly for responsibility
  • Organizing the documents related to the class upgrading request, medal request of the officer, request for the lecturers to fill the lack, floating staff, complete nomination, transferring request, resigning from the role, asking for leave to be cured in the hospital, asking for leave with no payment, asking for promotion, asking for permission to continue study, asking for involving wife or children in the salary list, asking for leave, retiring of the lecturers or the staff, and coming into work of the trainees

  • Making communication and close cooperation with the ministries, institutions, departments, authority, non-government organizations, private committees, and communities to find the places for the students to do their practicum, study trips, write the graduation thesis and researching to find the jobs for the students
  • Making communication with national and international partners to increase cooperation partners, to exchange curriculum, lecturers, students and research together to upgrade the quality and the effectiveness of teaching and learning, development of capacity, and receiving the sponsorship such as budget, books, documents, teaching materials, experiment materials, joining the conference and meetings, workshops, short courses and study trips
  • Rechecking all the memorandums signed to check the validity and to add more activities in order to strengthen the cooperation effectively
  • Searching for scholarship information and important information to increase the capacity, knowledge , skills and experience for the lecturers, staff and students to advertise in the institution and encourage the lecturers, staff and students to join and get the new knowledge as they wish

  • Receiving and keeping application forms and selecting the students to study, making the daily attendant lists of the students and the lecturers in the foundation year in order to control the teaching and learning

  • Researching and finding the fund project from national and international institutions, partner institutions in order to join the project proposal writing or cooperate the project implementation
  • Encouraging the staffs, lecturers and students to write the research project organized by the HEQCIP, institutional project outside the institution and national and international cooperation partners
